This 4-hour first aid training for sports clubs gives coaches and teams the confidence to act when an athlete has an accident or a sudden health problem—until professional help arrives.

* Life-saving procedures (cABCDE, unconsciousness, shock, CPR, AED)

* Bleeding and wounds during training and competition

* Managing sports injuries (strains, dislocations, fractures, concussion)

* Environment-related conditions (overheating, dehydration, allergy)

* Practical exercises and sport-specific scenarios

Practical skills that give you the confidence and clarity to assist an athlete when it matters most.

Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion.
