Our first aid training combines international quality with hands-on practice to give people the confidence and skills to act when every second counts.
Malteser Services OÜ delivers practical first aid and crisis preparedness training that builds confidence to act in situations where every second matters. Our approach is rooted in the humanitarian heritage of the Order of Malta and international experience. The trainings are based on Malteser International and European Resuscitation Council standards and are aligned with Estonian requirements.

Individuals and organisations can register for our trainings. Registration is available via our website or by email. A place on the training is confirmed after registration has been confirmed and, for paid trainings, once payment has been received. Practical information, including the location, schedule and instructions, is sent to participants before the training. Trainings are held in Estonian unless stated otherwise in the course description. The organiser has the right to refuse admission or remove a participant if their behaviour endangers others’ safety or disrupts the learning process.
Payment is made by invoice before the training starts. The price includes the training equipment used during the course and the learning materials. Cancellation (public trainings): • If you notify us 5 or more business days before the training begins, we refund 100% of the fee. • If you notify us 4–2 business days before the training begins, we refund 50% of the fee. • If you notify us less than 2 business days before the training begins or you do not attend, the fee is non-refundable. A participant may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost, provided this is communicated before the training begins and the substitute’s details are submitted. If absence is notified in advance, we may offer a one-time rescheduling to the next comparable public training (subject to availability). Malteser Services OÜ reserves the right to cancel the training or change the schedule; in that case, we offer a full refund or a new date.
Our trainings are practical and learner-centred, focusing on skills that can be applied immediately in real-life situations. We regularly update our content and methodology based on developments in the field, best practices and participant feedback. • we use suitable, well-maintained training equipment for hands-on learning; • we ensure a safe learning environment and clear safety rules; • we collect feedback after each training and implement improvements when needed; • we assess trainer competence and support ongoing professional development.
Trainings are delivered by professionally qualified trainers (specialists with a medical background or first aid trainer competence) with practical experience in managing emergency situations. We improve both our trainings and trainer performance based on participant feedback and internal quality review.
At the end of the training, we issue either a certificate or a confirmation of attendance. A certificate is issued if the learner has attended at least 75% of the training volume and achieved the learning outcomes (including practical assessment where applicable); otherwise, we issue a confirmation of attendance.
